Version numbers in here should refer to the version of the plugin org.csstudio.alarm.beast, i.e. the 'base' plugin included by all other alarm system tools. Revisions before 3.1.0 refer to the associated SNS CSS update.

• AlarmServer used via CA gateway would disconnect from all gateway PVs when one of the monitored IOCs reboots. Reason was in the handling of subscribe/unsubscribe on reconnects.
• Added PVs did not show in the Alarm Tree because it failed to refresh for added elements.
