The facility tours are scheduled for 9/14 and 9/15.

9/14:

Tour-A : J-PARC
  EPOCHAL (12:50) == J-PARC (~14:20) ; J-PARC(~16:30) == Tsukuba Center (~18:00)
Tour-B: KEK Tsukuba
  EPOCHAL (12:50) == KEK Tsukuba (13:15) ; Lunch break (30 min); KEK Tsukuba(~16:00) == Tsukuba Center (~16:30)

9/15:

Tour-C : QST Chiba
  EPOCHAL (12:50) == QST Chiba (~14:20) ; QST Chiba (~16:30) == Tsukuba Center (~18:00)
Tour-D: KEK Tsukuba
  EPOCHAL (12:50) == KEK Tsukuba (13:15) ; Lunch break (40 min); KEK Tsukuba(~16:00) == Tsukuba Center (~16:30)

- The deadline for registration is 23:59 on August 15th (JST).
- If you have already registered, you can change your registration by clicking on the link in the registration receipt email.

- About Lunch
The facility tour bus will leave immediately after the morning program, so there will be no time for lunch. If you would like to order a box lunch, please place your order on the registration page. Lunch will be served on the bus during the tour of J-PARC and QST Chiba. KEK Tsukuba tours will have a 40-minute lunch break.
- Tour-B and Tour-D are the same.

- QST Chiba visitors can get off at Chiba Station (JR East) on the way back. Please contact the secretariat (wao2023@ml.post.kek.jp) if you wish to do so.
